Learn to edit your audiovisual projects with Adobe Premiere Pro with a workflow-oriented towards the professional market.
Throughout this course, you will learn all the features and tools offered by Premiere Pro to create quality videos, whether it is your first approach to the world of video editing, or if you already have experience with this program or others.
Training sessions at Sharingbasics will cover a variety of in-depth video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro tool that includes:
- Introduction to Adobe Creative Clouds & Adobe Premiere Pro
You will start knowing the basic structure of Premiere Pro, from the installation of the program and its convergence with the other Adobe Creative Cloud programs, until the creation of a new project.
- Begin editing using Adobe Premiere Pro
- Workspace, Import Footages & Assets Management
- Working with Clips and Markers
You will also learn to make your first approach to the assembly in Premiere Pro, you will see how to create sequences, you will learn to use the canvas (monitor) and the timeline. You will know the different types of transitions and you will discover how you can create titles for your videos.
- Keyframes & Masks
- Add titles
Next, you will understand what is keyframes and how it works. Najihah will also explain what are the masks and how to use them in your projects.
- Colour, Transition, Effects
You will learn how to make corrections and color and light effects using adjustment layers and Lumetri Color. You will make secondary corrections color by color to improve the finish using HSL Secondary.
- Audio Mixing
Once the video-focused lessons are over, you will learn to mix the sound of your videos because, although Premiere Pro is not a sound editing software, you can make retouching such as noise suppression, amplification, overlapping and audio panning.
- Exporting the Project
The last topic will focus on the export of projects, the choice of formats, and their compression. You will learn how to use Adobe Media Encoder as a complementary program to Premiere Pro and, finally, you will learn how to export your projects to other colorization, animation or audio retouching programs in EDL, AAF and XML formats.
Who this course is for?
This course meant for people who are new to editing or feel they have skills to learn. No prior experience with Premiere Pro is needed. If you have a professional level of understanding with Premiere Pro, this course is not intended for you.
Technical requirements
- A computer with Windows 10 or macOS 10.12 Sierra (or higher).
- Adobe Premiere Pro CC (or superior) and Adobe Media Encoder (you can buy them or download the 7-day trial versions on the Adobe website).
